Conclusions
Quality Assessment: Outstanding
Balance - Good balance between the flavour intensity and the alcohol and acid, if we didn't have this balance the wine would be harsh. The balance holds it well to be smooth. Without this balance, the wine would be burning from the high alcohol content.
Lenght - the length is long and evolving placing this wine in outstanding.
Intensity - the flavour intensity of this wine is pronounced, which places this wine in outstanding and not just very good.
Complexity - The wine has primary, secondary and tertiary characters towards the top end of quality to make it outstanding, also the wine already has tertiary notes and are still evolving which makes this wine with potential for further ageing. The complexity is not at its peak yet and has more to deliver after ageing.
Bottle ageing: suitable for bottle ageing
